You don’t need a prior reservation to store your luggage — simply stop by either of our two locations in Cusco (Main Square and Wanchaq Station) and we’ll assist you right away. If you prefer, you can book in advance through our website for added convenience.
We’ll register your belongings in our system upon arrival and store them securely. You can pay for the service online in advance or at check-out.
Our opening hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., every day. You can pick up your luggage at any time during business hours.
In addition to our luggage storage service, we also offer bicycle, backpack, and suitcase rentals by the hour or by the day — perfect for exploring Cusco comfortably.

To use our services, you can easily make a reservation through our website, by phone call, or directly at any of our locations.
When dropping off or picking up your belongings, it is essential to present a valid form of identification: this can be a national ID, identity card, passport, or any other official document currently valid in the customer’s country of origin.

To pick up your luggage you only need:
