  • The user agrees to use the website and services lawfully and respectfully, without violating the rights of third parties.
  • The information provided by the user in reservation forms must be truthful and up-to-date.

4. Reservations and Payments

  • A partial or full prepayment may be required to guarantee the reservation.
  • Prices and conditions will be those published on the website at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

5. Delivery and Return of Items

  • Items are delivered in optimal condition and must be returned in the same condition.
  • A security deposit may be required and will be refunded at the end of the rental if there is no damage or delay.
  • Delays in returning items will incur additional charges according to current rates.

  • In case of loss, theft, or damage of the rented items, the user will bear the replacement or repair costs.
  • The use of bicycles implies that the user has basic riding skills and respects local traffic regulations.

7. Storage Cusco Responsibility

  • Storage Cusco is not responsible for accidents, personal injuries, or third-party damages during the use of rented items.
  • The company guarantees that the delivered products are in good condition and meet basic safety standards.

8. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

  • Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Law No. 29733 – Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law.
  • The information will be used exclusively for purposes related to the provision of the service.
  • The user may request the update, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by writing to booking@usd.storagecusco.com.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, design) is the property of Storage Cusco or its legitimate owners.
  • Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior authorization is prohibited.
